CS Limousine Inc. provides car seats for the convenience of our clients; however, each client is responsible for proper installation of each car seat.
The undersigned has installed the car seat and inspected it for the necessary safety precautions.
I checked and inspect the car seat and I’m confirming and that I’m 100% responsible that child safety seat is being correctly installed.
The undersigned understands that the use of this child safety seat does not guarantee his/her child’s safety in a motor vehicle crash.
